HUGEL and Snoop Dogg Bring Hip-Hop Into House Music with “H.O.U.S.E.”
French DJ and producer HUGEL has teamed up with American rapper Snoop Dogg for “H.O.U.S.E.,” released on October 16, 2026, through Make The Girls Dance Records.
The track combines Latin-influenced house rhythms with Snoop Dogg's distinctive vocal style, bringing together two different musical backgrounds.
From Instagram to Coachella
The collaboration began when Snoop Dogg contacted HUGEL through Instagram.
Their connection later reached the stage at Coachella 2026, where Snoop Dogg appeared as a special guest during HUGEL's debut performance at the festival.
The two artists had already worked together on HUGEL's debut album, Twenty One, which features Snoop Dogg on its opening track.
“H.O.U.S.E.” marks their first standalone single together.
Where House Meets Hip-Hop
Built around Latin percussion, a steady house beat and Snoop Dogg's relaxed delivery, the track reflects HUGEL's approach to combining electronic music with other genres.
For the Marseille-born producer, the collaboration connects his background in house music with his long-standing interest in hip-hop.
The release also follows a significant year for HUGEL, whose debut album Twenty One reached No. 1 on Spotify's Global Dance Albums chart.
